Introduction

Welcome to Strathduie Bar, located at 3-5 Blackfriars St, Glasgow G1 1PG. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and facilities. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Bookings

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Strathduie Bar.

2.2 A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.

2.3 Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.

Cancellations

3.1 Cancellations can be made by contacting our bookings team via email: hello@strathduie.bar

3.2 Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the booking time to receive a partial refund if occurred booking fees apply

3.3 Cancellations must be made within the first 48 hours of the booking request being sent to Strathduie Bar for a full refund of funds

Changes to bookings

4.1 Requests to change booking dates or details must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of your booking. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payments

5.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

5.2 The remaining balance of your booking (if applicable) must be paid as per the specified payment schedule.

5.3 We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and cash.

Conduct & responsibilities

6.1 Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the property and other guests.

6.2 Any damage to the property caused by a guest must be reported immediately and may incur additional charges.

6.3 Strathduie Bar reserves the right to terminate your visit without notice if your behaviour is deemed unacceptable.

6.4 Strathduie Bar reserves the right to refuse entry if you arrive intoxicated.

Liability

7.1 Strathduie Bar is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

7.2 We do not accept liability for any personal injury or illness occurring during your visit.

Privacy

8.1 Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our website.

8.2 By making a booking, you consent to the use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Amendments

9.1 Strathduie Bar reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
